Millers Falls, MA is a small town located in Franklin County in western Massachusetts. It has a population of just over 1,000 people. Despite its small size however, the town boasts several local religious congregations. St. Joseph’s Church, founded in 1887, is the oldest of these with roots in the French-Canadian community of Millers Falls. Congregation Beth Israel has also been serving the Jewish community since 1898. The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship was founded in 1948 and continues to be an active presence within the town today. Finally, Millers Falls Methodist Church was established in 1950 and serves as a gathering place for members of all backgrounds and ages. All four churches have served faithfully at the heart of Millers Falls for well over one hundred years and continue to be an important part of this quaint New England town’s culture and history today.
